My weight keeps going from 259 to 264. Frrrgghhlll. I just want to be in the 250’s already.

When I was younger, I got desperate and tried laxatives.
They ended up making me constipated. Hah. Seems nothing is better than eating right and working out!
…I could just wake up with the perfect body.
But then I realised, that would mean I’d miss out on the journey.
I love finding exercise easier, being able to do more push ups, seeing those numbers go down.
Rule #1: Cardio.
Feeling rotten today. Just tried the 30 day shred. Gave up half way through. I shall give it another attempt this evening. It’s not like it’s cause I found it difficult. I just…felt like….eurrrgghhhh.
Awesome day until the boyfriend bought two large bags of peanut M&M’s.
